Yeah, I know, AI, but let's be honest, it's frogs playing instruments. That's cute. There's no doubt robots will be writing lots of music in our future. That'll be even more of a reason for real people to get together and make real music on real instruments.

Ukulele 1:
July 14, 2026: Hey, you're a couple of weeks away from being a legit musician. Keep practicing! Here's your homework reminder:
- Continue to play "Frère Jacques" to make it smooth and memorize it.
- Play "Three Blind Mice" using the thumb-down rest stroke (apoyando) method on the TuffUke line and the melody line.
- Play (and memorize!) "My Spaghetti Monster" TuffUke only.
- Take a look at the chord grids in "Brahms Lullaby" and we'll dig into it this week.
Ukulele 2:
July 14, 2026: Hey, we covered a lot of ground last night and I thought it might be helpful to send out a focus list this week so we are all working on the same thing:
- Use "Home on the Range" (TuffUke) as a warm up and we'll play it as a warm up next week.
- Dig into "Back in the Saddle Again." We'll play it in all the ways.
- For "Colorado Trail," work on the TuffUke as well as the line I assigned to you. If you missed class, you'll be playing Ukulele 2 in addition to the TuffUke so take a look at it.
- And finally, play all the parts of "You Are My Sunshine."
