I've updated this with fancier standard notation if you're into that sort of thing. (Some musicians love to make playing ukulele more difficult and standard notation is the fastest way to accomplish melting your brain.) The melody line is still in black, the blue notes are from the TuffAxe accompaniment. I notated some pull-offs (always fun and they're called slurs by fancy people) and added a chromatic harmonica line. Don't let the tempo run you or try to play it at the speed you memorized in 1968. Go slow, let the tones develop and enjoy the song. It'll make people happy to hear you turning it into something new.
